Abstract
In this paper we present a component-based approach to mobile concurrent
declarative programming. In this framework, a system is modeled as a set of
interacting components. We define a component and its different constituents.
Then we give the implementation principles for the proposed framework.
Finally, we present some examples of definitions of components together with a
prototype implementation.
