If you are keen on beta-testing software and ready to install GNUstep
(
http://www.gnustep.org), I can provide you a port of my AquaCurry
IDE to GNUstep. It works quite well on Linux, but I can't tell for
Windows. You may find the GNUstep user interface a bit odd, though,
due to its NeXTstep heritage.
